FWQ: Nissan El Dorado Freeride 2010 Highlights
The 13th edition of the Nissan El Dorado Freeride (EDF) took place last weekend in the Arcalis sector of Vallnord (Andorra). El Dorado is the main extreme competition in the South of Europe and the first freeride competition of the Pyrenees that has been selected by the Freeride World Tour (FWT) as a Freeride World Qualifier event (FWQ). EDF was born in 1998 when some Riders contended the first extreme competition of ski and snowboard ever held in the Pyrenees. After his third place finish in the Nissan Russian Adventure, Seb Michaud will not participate in the upcoming Nissan Tram Face due to a knee injury. He will soon undergo surgery to repair his meniscus. However, he hopes to be back on skis in time for the Nissan Xtreme Verbier by Swatch. More

Scott Big Mountian Fieberbrunn, the Second Women's Stage of the Freeride World Tour
As the female Freeride World Tour riders did not take part in the Nissan Russian Adventure by Swatch, their second FWT contest took place today in Fieberbrunn, Austria. A Freeride World Qualifier for men, but counting as FWT event for female FWT riders. Freeride World Champion Ane Enderud (NOR) was back in competition after she cancelled the first FWT competition in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc for back problems. Yet again she showed great skill and won the women’s ski discipline. German Aline Bock took victory in the snowboard category with a very solid run, putting her on top of the leaderboard of the Freeride World Ranking. More
