How to get to Andorra!

By train:

The train is an easy option for those coming from mainland Europe. The nearest train station is in France, in L'Hospitalet-près-l'Andorre, located 11 km by road from the border. This station is served by trains from southern French cities such as Toulouse. For visitors coming from Spain, the best station is Lleida Pirineus station, there are high-speed train connections from Madrid-Puerta de Atocha and Barcelona Sants.

By plane:

Andorra doesn’t have an airport. However, there are other possibilities for those who want to take the plane to the Principality.

The nearest airport is in the Alt Urgell region, south of La Seu d'Urgell, in Lleida ( Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell Airport (LEU)). This airport is for private flights, but is in the process of adapting to commercial flights. As this airport is in the mountains, its routes are limited to the summer period, when weather conditions are right for taking off and landing aircraft.

Apart from this airport that’s set to grow in the future, Andorra has several international airports within a 200 km radius. These are Toulouse-Blagnac (TLS), Carcassonne (CCF), Girona-Costa Brava (GRO), Barcelona-El Prat(BCN), Reus (REU) and Alguaire (LEU)
