Lou spent several years competing in freestyle skiing before taking her skills into the world of freeride. Drawn to its creativity and sense of freedom, she brings a smooth, confident style shaped by her background in both freestyle and figure skating. Her skiing combines precision and flow with a natural ease that reflects her artistic approach to the mountain.

After just three years in freeride, Lou finished second overall in the 2025 Challenger Series, earning two standout victories at the Open Faces Silvretta-Montafon and Monterosa Freeride Paradise events. Now stepping onto the Freeride World Tour Pro, she’s ready to build on that momentum, continue pushing her skiing, and share her passion for the sport every step of the way.
