Sybille Blanjean

Sybille Blanjean has been competing at the highest level of freeride for years, with victories including the 2022 Verbier Xtreme on the Bec des Rosses she grew up beneath and Georgia in 2024.

An alpine ski club kid until 12, the Verbier local carries that technical base into her freeriding: clean in the air, fast on snow and composed in exposed terrain.

Her determination extends well beyond skiing. Blanjean left conventional high school to study from home so she could train, graduated anyway and is now working through a second bachelor's degree in economics alongside her competition career. At 27, she continues to balance elite sport with life away from the mountains.
