Johnny Duty

Johnny Duty arrives on the 2027 Tour through Challenger Region 2, with Steamboat Springs as both his home and his foundation. He credits the resort with shaping his riding from the ground up.

His snowboarding education spans disciplines: slopestyle sharpened his air awareness, while alpine racing and bank slaloms instilled what he calls an appreciation for a proper turn.

Duty's path also included three or four years away from competition while at college, before friends convinced him to return for the travel and missed classes. A self-described small-town kid who gets excited about dogs, fish and anything that isn't flat, he now heads into his first FWT season.
