Marcus Goguen

Marcus Goguen entered the 2026 Freeride World Tour season as the reigning World Champion after a dominant 2025 campaign, where he claimed the title with wins at both the Kicking Horse Golden BC Pro and the Georgia Pro. One of the youngest champions in Tour history, he continues to represent the new generation of freeride athletes with a background shaped by both skiing and competitive mountain biking.

In 2026, Marcus faced the challenge of defending his title against a stacked field. While he didn’t return to the podium that season, he remained consistently strong throughout the Tour, never finishing outside the top 10 and securing his place in the finals. That consistency allowed him to make the cut and continue on Tour, keeping him firmly in contention heading into 2027 as he builds on his experience at the very top level.
