Tyler Curle

Tyler Curle joins the 2027 rookie class from Palisades Tahoe after qualifying through Challenger Region 2. His entire formal ski education came through freeride teams: no gates, no moguls, just lines.

Curle is also a self-described ski nerd. He builds skis at Moment, skateboards, makes art and describes himself as a ski and snowboarding historian.

A season spent in New Zealand helped shape his outlook on the mountains. In his words, there is no such thing as bad snow conditions, a useful philosophy for a first season on the Freeride World Tour.
