about
Australian snowboarder Michaela Davis-Meehan made a powerful comeback to the Freeride World Tour in 2025 as a wildcard, finishing an incredible 2nd overall and claiming victory at the Kicking Horse Pro.
Originally a slopestyle rider representing Australia, Michaela transitioned to freeride after a serious back injury, quickly standing out for her fearless and creative approach. In 2020, she made history in Andorra as the first Australian to win an FWT event.
In 2026, she backed it up with a strong season, landing two 3rd place finishes, including a standout run in Alaska, and securing 3rd overall to make the Cut and prove she belongs among the best.
